What is CRX?
Community Resource eXchange (CRX) means to fill in gap among existing resource directory via direct community partnership development and data driven resource verification mechanism by gathering exclusive list of operational information on community resources spanning 30+ categories of service specialties. By actively keeping information up to date, CRX will enable intelligent need and resource matching, advanced geo-special analysis assistance and close the loop on referrals for warmer hand-off.
What is the purpose of CRX?
CRX aims to become a community hub for near real time resource searching, listing, referring, planning and stratification.
