2021 CRX Verification Roadmap

Team mission

Continue to expand & enhance resources available in the CRX database to:

  • Ensure data accuracy & timely updates

  • Improve verification workflows

  • Add new resources based on community feedback and partnership building

  • Advice on lessons learned through data gathering, standardization & validation to inform product design and maturity

  • Explore scale-up plan for verification when expanding to other markets

Add new agencies into CRX

  • Feedback from CCC users

  • Resources identified when comparing with a list given (preferred partner, monthly audit report, etc.)

  • Resources list picked up by PCIC team ad-holy via conversation with partners

  • Resources tracked in “coordinated resources”

  • Resources list from other directory or hubs (e.g. BlueBook, direct employment pathway project, other 3rd party directory)

Remove duplicates in CRX

  • Identify potential duplicates in CRX and remove as a batch from the back-end in the database

Verification team will utilize Q2 to assist with the rebuild of COVID with updating necessary resources. Our focus will be food assistance, utility assistance, financial assistance, COVID emergency relief, and mental health and counseling services.
