What is CRX?

CRX stands for Community Resource eXchange and is one-third of PCIC’s Unified Care Coordination Platform (UCCP) (You can read more about UCCP here: UCCP Knowledge Base). With CRX, PCIC aims to provide a search directory for social resources or any kind of care coordination that a client needs to be referred to. For example, housing, rehabilitation, etc.

 

Accessing CRX

CRX can be access in the CCC, or from CRX standalone.

For those with a custom deployment of UCCP:

To get information on your link of UCCP, please contact your UCCP System Administrator.

Who has access to CRX?

CCC:

  • Administrators

  • Care Coordinators

CRX standalone:

  • Agencies

  • Resource Verifiers

  • Resource Managers

 

System requirements

The following web browsers have been tested and are supported:

  • Microsoft® Internet Explorer 10 and above

  • Mozilla® Firefox 3.0 and above

  • Google® Chrome 5.0 and above

  • Opera® 9.0 and above

  • Opera® and above for Mobile Phones
