CRX 2024 - driven by CO feedback, north star need to be defined (How do we want the community to think of CRX, what is the top 3 need from customers? Who is our target customer? What is our differentiator from other solutions?) 1. Community Hubs such as UWGH, HFB; 2. Standalone deployments - LCH, HFB, etc; 3. local grassroot initiatives - UH Trust & Learn

CRX has to be developed to become a stand-alone piece to be marketable

Key Pain point - reduce double ducumentation for both sender and receiver without adopting yet another system

Introprobilities with popular CM systems used by CBO?

Differenciator - Regional/localized, community voice/feedback driven?, customizable. client/resident driven need closure, best fit resource recommendation (TBD)…..

Why did CE not work?

Focus for CRX in the next X month -

  • CRX product maturity incorporating existing partner feedbacks (e.g. LCH, HFB) - Must haves (on product or at least on slidedeck, with clarity on wher the product is) for pitching to potential partners

  • Identify a proper sales potential list based on data and learnings from deployments

Current Needs

Clean up duplicates from UCCP view

Services/Programs referral submissions:

  • If services and programs are listed with identifying email addresses that where the referral should be sent

Increasing partner communication with COT

  • Invite COT member to ask questions or provide suggestions to increase e-referrals usage

  • Communicate with UCCP partners to increase knowledge of CRX referral process

Future Needs

Increasing online presence and marketing

  • Once name and brand change - increasing our online presence will help with community outreach

  • Online, flyers, B2B in person communication

Team members

  • Community engagement is field work (events, conferences, and seminars) - we need members with more of a flexible schedule or autonomy

  • Sales to help increase the partners utilizing UCCP which will help increase the usage of CRX referral system.
