Resource Data Management Team

• Routine verification backend support - ongoing (current to be verified agency ~1100)

• create new procedure for new q status 'inactive' if duplicate update agency and location to be inactive, if perm close, update to close and inactive. Q:

  • who is authorized to update q status?

  • do we need to add a step for Tara to review inactive status.

• add location count to verification dashboard

• location email not null inherit from agency email if existing

• ReferNet monthly refresh 9 new locations, ~300 location are inactive since last refresh

• 10 agency service status null updated, most of are permanent closed.

• Overall changes are GREAT! Processing time has increased

  • Receives application error multiple times a day (do you want me to submit a ticket every time?)

  • Can’t save some of the older agencies that have been queued

• Working through summer queue to make services and programs inactive to move forward with agencies

• Q4 goals will be to:

  • complete the 455 queued agencies

  • ensure feedback is incorporated with agencies

• still working on disaster relief flyers

Software Development Team

• Verification

  • New Inactive Section

  • Allow agency level inactivation

  • Location: Zipcode 5 digits validation

  • Copy Agency Id functionality (Resource Directory)

  • Disable required fields when record mark inactive.
