1. Verification support

   1. Complete CRX verification and merge procedures migration using the new DB structure, and downstream data cleaning.

   1. data analysis to drive DB design (e.g. language, required document)

3. Expanding Resource Directory

   1. Refernet data initialization and data integration into CRX

   2. Integrate new and feedbacks on resources from stakeholders (Legacy, HFB) adding SOP and ongoing support for new resources adding/updating

• 2023 Q3-Q4 verification cycle finished ~1350, pending ~900 agency

• Modify verification queen process logic -for agency location has app_internal_id will automatic assign to Tara

• CCC_lch update preferred and bookmarked agency location information from verification cycle

• design the potential duplicate agency location work flow, ~300 duplicate agency locations.

• Update agency with no active location to be inactive.

• Current active agency 3916, active agency location 6967 after cleaning.

• Features nice to have in next cycle:

  • queue agency from UI

  • Merge agency from UI

  • Check if potential duplicate exists by location name and address

  • city name spelling check

  • Check special character in zipcode e.g. ?
