Patient Management

The Patient Management page can be found by going to the first link listed under the Call Track menu at the top of the screen, as shown in PM-1.

Patient Management allows users to add, edit, and delete patient records. This page is accessible to all roles. The page is shown below in PM-2. The page offers an overview of each Patient (PM-2.1):

Patient Information

The Patient’s unique identifier

Patient ID

The Patient’s first and last name

Patient First Name
Patient Last Name

The Patient’s date of birth

DOB

Whether the Patient is an adult or a child

Patient Type

Who created the Patient’s record, and when it was created

Created By
Created On

When the Patient’s record was updated last, and who updated the record

Updated By
Updated On

 

The grid can be sorted or filtered in multiple ways:

  1. Grouping by column or columns. This feature is detailed in Grid Grouping.

  2. Sorting by the Patient’s last name (PM-2.2), based on the range of the first letter of their last name.

  3. Sorting by the Patient Type (whether the Patient is an adult or a child) (PM-2.3).

To sort the grid by the Patient’s last name and the Patient Type, the user has to click on Submit Filter (PM-2.4).
