What is Access InSight (CallTracker.NET)?

Access InSight (CallTracker.NET) is an application that utilizes a web-based user interface that makes adding and editing patient sessions fast and efficient. This application provides:

  • A dashboard to help measure performance

  • A user interface that allows users to create, manage, and audit sessions/requests

  • Notification services to its users via email, text and/or voice messages.

 

The users of the system are:

  • Access Center Representatives

  • Administrators

  • Admin Doctors

  • Providers (Doctors)

  • System Administrators

  • Users
