My Settings (Notification Settings)
Access Center Representatives, Providers, and Administrators can set their preferences for the application by navigating to the My Settings menu and clicking on Notification Settings (MS-1). Any setting that is saved here will override the defaults that System Administrators and/or Administrators have set up.
MS-1: My Settings Menu
From this page, the settings available can be viewed by clicking on the setting name; for example, Request Specific Provider Notification Settings. This will expand the options available for the settings. The settings available on this page will differ based on the user’s role in the application:
