The Environment Settings page allows System Administrators and Administrators to change some aspects of the application. The page and the settings available are shown below in SA-37.

SA-37: Case Audit Template

 

These settings will be the default setting for all users. For notifications, however, users can override these defaults by navigating to My Settings, then Environment Settings.
