Lookups

Lookups gives the user a description of all the fields used in the application and what values fall under these fields. The Lookups page is shown below in SA-31. The user can search for all available information for System Defaults, Site Specific, and User Specific Lookup Types (SA-31.1), as well as the Specific Type Value (SA-31.2). The resulting information will be shown in the grid. To view more information about a specific Lookup can be done by clicking on the ▶ icon (triangle pointing right) to expand the record. This will cause the icon to change to ▼ icon (triangle pointing down) (SA-31.3). All Active and Inactive Items (SA-31.4) that are listed for this lookup will be displayed.
