Grid Color Settings

The colors of the sessions in the grid can be set up in the Grid Color Settings section, as shown below in SA-38. To view the options for these settings, click on the ▼ icon (down triangle icon) (SA-38.1) to expand this section. This will turn the icon into a ▲ icon (up triangle icon). This section is split up into two categories:

1. Request Track Settings - “Needs Assignment” Grid Colors (SA-38.2)

2. Request Track Settings - “Provider Assigned” Grid Colors (SA-38.3)

Both categories have two options to set up:

1. The color of the grid when the session hits the time remaining for the first warning

2. The color of the grid when the session hits the time remaining for the second warning

Setting the time remaining is done in minutes. The example shown in (SA-38.4) has the time remaining for the first warning as 15 minutes. Colors can be changed or disabled for each warning. To set this up, click on the box highlighted in (SA-38.5). The box will expand into a color picker, as shown in SA-39. A color can be selected from here, or the user can click on the 🛇 icon (no symbol icon) if they do not want there to be a color to show for the warning. Once all desired time and color settings have been filled in, the user will click on Save Grid Color Settings (SA-38.6) to save.
