Email Notification Formats
Email Notification Formats allows System Administrators and Administrators to set the format of email notifications that are sent out to the application’s users, as shown below in SA-44. To view these settings, click on the Email Notification Formats text (SA-44.1) to expand this section. The notification types that can be edited are highlighted in (SA-44.2). To edit any of these notification types, select one and drag it to the column labeled drag here (SA-44.3).

The example shown below in SA-45 is for the Adhoc Pending notification type. The user can edit the Email Subject (SA-45.4) and the Email Body (SA-45.6). The user can use the editing tools (SA-45.5) to style the email to their preference. SA-45.7 shows editing in the regular editor. To edit the Email Body using HTML, click on </>HTML (SA-46.9).
WARNING: Please do not change any of the text encased in [$ $]. For example, [$session_id$]. This could result in an error in the notification.

Editing the Email Body in HTML is shown below in SA-46. The user can edit the body in the box highlighted in SA-46.10. They can also perform a Find and Replace function using the binocular icon (SA-46.11). Clicking the binocular icon will cause a window to pop up, as shown in SA-47, where both functionalities are divided into tabs: one for Find and one for Replace.

To preview the changes made to the Email Body, the user can click on Preview (SA-49.12). The preview of the Email Body will be shown in the highlighted area in SA-49.13.

To save changes to the email format notification, the user will click on Update Email Format, or they can cancel making changes by clicking on Clear (SA-45.8).
