Request Specific Access Center Representative Notification Settings

The Request Specific Access Center Representative Notification Settings section allows System Administrators and Administrators to set the default settings for request-specific notifications for Access Center Representatives. To view the options for these settings, click on the Request Specific Access Center Representative Notification Settings text (SA-41.1) to expand this section.
The settings selected in this page by System Administrators and Administrators will be the default settings for all Access Center Representatives. Access Center Representatives can override these settings with their own preferences. Read more about this [here| ].
SA-41: Request Specific Access Center Representative Notification Settings - Real Time Notifications
Real Time Notifications allow Access Center Representatives to receive a reminder when a status changes to Completed on a request. Access Center Representatives can either receive notifications via Email or SMS (Figure-41.2). Once the desired settings have been selected, clicking on Save Access Center Representative Settings will save these preferences (SA-41.2).
Access Center Representatives will only receive these notifications if they are online.
