Phone Notification Formats

Phone Notification Formats allows System Administrators and Administrators to set the format of voice message notifications that are sent out to users' phones, as shown below in SA-52. To view these settings, click on the Phone Notification Formats text (SA-52.1) to expand this section. The notification types that can be edited are highlighted in (SA-52.2). To edit any of these notification types, select one and drag it to the column labeled drag here (SA-52.3).

The example shown below in SA-53 is for the Pending notification type. The user can choose between a woman’s voice or a man’s voice (SA-53.4). The user can edit the Voice Message (SA-53.5). The user can send a test notification to any number by putting in their desired number and clicking Call Now (SA-53.6). Clicking on Update Voice Format will save these changes, while clicking on Clear will clear the boxes in the form and cancel making changes to the selected notification type (SA-53.7).
