    • Manage Lookups

    • To manage or add CPT Codes, Delay, or Cancel reasons, do the following:

      • Navigate to System Administration → Lookups.

      • Select cpt_codes under Non-internal lookups for CPT Codes

      • Select cncl_rsn under Non-internal lookups for Cancel reasons

      • Select cal_dly_rs under Non-internal lookups for Delay reasons

     

    • Sliding the assigned clinicians order

    • For Assigned cases that are not yet in-session, users can now slide the order of cases by clicking and dragging the case.

      • Cases that are delayed or In-session cannot be slid.

    • Additionally Clinicians are restricted from opening cases that are not currently at the top of their queue.

    • Ability to tag an encounter as escalated and report on these encounters

    • Cases can be escalated from the Session Information window by clicking on the Escalate Request button and saving.

    • Escalated cases will appear on the Volume by State Report via a new column.
