  • New Fields on Intake

    • New fields have been added to both partner portal and the internal session screen, under a separate "Additional Intake Information" section on both pages

    • A/B test enabled for the functionality on both partner portal and the internal session screen

      • Both partners, ACRs and doctors can be added individually to access the functionality

    • Required fields have not been added for this first phase. Once array defines them, they can be added.

    • When functionality is enabled in A/B test on partner portal for user, the reason for consult will no longer appear

    • On the internal session modal window, when A/B test is enabled for a user it will show both the reason for consult and the new fields. This is to handle a situation where A/B test is enabled for an internal user but not for a partner. 

    • Validation of the "reason for consult" is automatically disabled if the additional fields is enabled in A/B test.

 

  • Warning on Duplicate Cases

    • Cases will now show a warning if there as an existing match along the following criteria: First Name, Last Name, DOB, Partner Location, MRN.

 

  • Phone Consult with Orders

    • When a Phone Consult service type (30 or 60 minute) is selected, and orders are needed for the patient, it will automatically switch the service type to Phone CPOE Consult when saved.

 

  • Add Last Notified time and name of the rep who clicked admin ready/delay to VBS report
