Session Information Tab

By default, the Session Information tab is the default active tab when the session window opens. The Session Information tab is shown below in CT-44 and 45. From this tab, the Provider will be able to see what status or statuses are available for the request to transition to (CT-44.1). The Provider can see an overview of the request information (CT-44.2): the call in time of the request, the requester’s information (name, number, and email), the partner location, the type of service requested, the response time of the request, a fax number (if applicable), the provider assigned, and the patient’s name. The Provider can also add a comment (CT-44.3/CT-45.3), and view all comments that have been added to this request (CT-45.4). If the session window has been moved away from the center and parts of the session window is not in view, then clicking on the Re-center button will align the session window back to the center of the user’s browser (CT-45.5).
