Logging into UCCP

Users can log into UCCP by entering their username or email address in the Username/Email field and their password in the Password field, then clicking on the Login button, as shown below in LI-1.

For extra security, the system requires multi-factor authentication (MFA). To successfully log on, the user will need their mobile phone present. After entering their username and password, the system will automatically send a text message to their phone. The text will contain a code that will need to be entered on the screen. Once the code is entered on the screen and the user clicks on Validate, the log-in process will be complete.

If the system is unable to authenticate a user, the message “Invalid username and/or password. Please try again” will display in red in the login screen (LI-3).

Select a Program
After entering the password and the MFA code successfully, the user will be directed to the Program Selection screen (LI-4). In this screen, the user will have to select the desired program from the drop-down list.
All instances of UCCP will have the Sandbox program, which was created to give users the ability to familiarize themselves with the system without impacting real-time data.
