  • Could some of these go out as automated notification (e.g. referrals completed, but just not updated on the platform)?

  • Allow the system to correctly capture the response from emails (look into LCH email rules to make sure the correct email id is being used).

  • Legacy Community Health, for meeting, ask:

    • Are HASI volunteers checking for the referrals received, and can they see them (ask William at meeting)?

    • Is someone responsible for this, and do they have access to it?

    • Reference: Emails are going to info@legacycommunity health.org

 

  • Issue: Open e-referral screen is not properly retrieving the referral records from the database

  • Questions for data team:

    • What numbers or reports are driving the counts on the dashboard?

      • The CRX dashboard shows more received referrals for Legacy than the CC does.

    • Dashboard: What constitutes N/A on the received referrals dashboard?

  • Houston Food Bank (for meeting), ask:

    • One way referrals are submitted from TCH to HFB, and not reciprocated.

    • We can discuss about the received and sent referrals at meeting.

  • Other Items

 

The CRX Dashboard

  • Over the last 3 months and 6 months, (starting on 2/14/22). These are the only agencies that have SENT referrals (numbers shown below are pending referral counts):

    • TCH - 350/477

    • HHS/Acres Homes -124/124

    • HMH Community Benefits - 16/16

    • Legacy Health 2/28

    • CRX Public Access - 40/40
