Organization Report
The Organization Report can be accessed by navigating to the Reports drop-down menu on the navigation bar, and selecting Organization Report (OR-1.1).

The Organization Report allows for leaders and decision makers to see the overall progress of all clients in the program for an organization.
Depending on the set up of the current logged-in user’s platform, some information in the report may be different than what is portrayed in this manual.

(Figure OR-2.1) Enrollment Start Date: Enter the desired start date of the report in the text-box, or pick the date by clicking on the calendar icon button.
(Figure OR-2.2) Enrollment End Date: Enter the desired end date of the report in the text-box, or pick the date by clicking on the calendar icon button.
All data collected prior to the selected date range for the Start Date and End Date will be excluded from the report.
(Figure OR-2.3) Organization: Use the drop-down selection to pick which organization the report will be generated for.
(Figure OR-2.4) Preview: Click this button to generate a preview of the report with the parameters given above.
(Figure OR-2.5) Export to the selected format: Expand the drop-down selection to choose which format to export the report to; for example, PDF.

(Figure OR-2.6) Refresh: Click the refresh icon button to refresh, or reload the report.
(Figure OR-2.7) Switch to print preview: To view how the report will look once printed, click the print preview icon button.
(Figure OR-2.8) Print: Click the print icon button to print the report.
If there are any Protected Health Information (PHI) on the report, make sure that only authorized individuals will see the printed copy.
(Figure OR-2.9) Show/Hide Filter: Click the filter icon button to toggle viewing and hiding the report criteria (Figure OR-2.1-OR-2.4).
