Provider-Level View of eReferrals

The eReferrals section of the CCC enables the providers or care coordinators from different agencies to seamlessly refer clients across systems through the CRX (Community Resource eXchange) module of UCCP.

The Provider-Level View of eReferrals allows for providers to view the following:

  1. View all eReferrals that have been sent to the current logged-in user’s organization.

  2. View all eReferrals that have been sent out to other agencies for all clients in the current logged-in user’s organization.
