AE-1: All eReferrals Menu
The All eReferrals page is split up into two grids:
Actions and Filters Available in Each Grid
For each eReferral listed in all the grids in this page, the current logged-in user can perform a variety of actions:
AE-2.1 – This grid can be filtered to show all eReferrals in the specified date range. Expand the Date range drop-down selection, and choose the desired date range; for example, The past one year, Yesterday, or Last week.
AE-2 – If Custom date range was selected from the Date range drop-down, the current logged-in user can enter the Start Date and End Date of the filter in m/d/yyyy in the appropriate text-box, or the dates can be picked by clicking on the calendar icon button (AE-2.2, AE-2.3). The table will automatically populate all eReferrals in that date range.
AE-2.4– The agency that received the eReferral can be contacted straight from this grid, by email, phone call, or by text/SMS. Read more about this in the Contacting Agencies section.
AE-2.5 – Click on this button to export this list to an Excel spreadsheet (.xls).

Contacting Agencies
Under the Contact Agency column, the current logged-in user can contact the agency about the eReferral. Contacting the agency can be done in multiple ways:
AE-3 – Click on the email icon button to email the agency. The Contact by Email window will pop up. The email address in the Send Email to text-box will automatically populate with the email address on file for that agency. This can be manually changed by the current logged-in user to another email at this agency, if known. The email can also be sent to others in the Copy Email to text-box. Once all desired recipients have been added, and the Subject and Email body of the email have been entered, click on the Send Email button to complete sending an email to the agency.
AE-3: Contact by Email
AE-4 – Click on the phone icon button to call the agency. The Contact by Phone window will pop-up. The Agency Phone Number will automatically populate if there is a phone number on file for the agency. This can be manually changed by the current logged-in user to use a different phone number at this agency. The User Phone Number will also automatically populate with the current logged-in user’s phone number on file. This can also be manually changed to a different phone number. Once the phone numbers have been reviewed and are the correct phone numbers to contact, click on the Call button. The system will call both the agency and the user to connect them on the same phone call.
AE-4: Contact by Phone
AE-5 – Click on the SMS icon button to send an SMS/text to the agency. The Contact by SMS window will pop up. The Send SMS to field will automatically populate with the agency’s phone number on file. This can be manually changed by the current logged-in user to another phone number to send an SMS/text message to. Once the phone number has been verified, and the Message Body has been entered, click on the Send Message button to complete sending an SMS/text message to the agency.
