Viewing a Sent eReferral
The page to view details on a submitted or sent eReferral is divided into three sections:
eReferral Submission
The eReferral Submission section (V-1) includes all information that was entered when the eReferral was submitted. This includes who submitted the referral, the email of the contact at the agency, the resources requested in the referral, what the patient has consented to share, goals & action steps linked to the referral, and any additional notes added by the referrer.
The current logged-in user cannot edit these fields.

eReferral Feedback
The eReferral Feedback section (V-2) gives the user an update on what has been done by the agency from CRX. This section outlines who has been assigned as the primary contact from this agency; the date and time of when the eReferral was updated and accessed, and by whom; and whether resource(s) have been coordinated, who coordinated the resource(s), and when the resource(s) was coordinated. The user can contact the agency in this section as well, either by email, phone, or text/SMS, using the icons at the top of the section.

Comments
The Comments section (V-3) is another way to keep in contact with the agency. This section includes all comments added by the user from the CCC, as well as all comments added by the agency from CRX. The user can add comments to the referral in the text box highlighted in (V-3.1). The text box features formatting options similar to that of Microsoft Word. After the user has entered their desired text, clicking on the Add Comment button will add the comment to the referral, and will populate in the area highlighted in (V-3.2). The agency will also be able to see these comments from their view in CRX.
