The View Clients page is functionally a slimmed down version of the Search Clients page. By default, the list of clients in this page are clients with a status of Active in the organization’s program (Figure VC-2). This can be changed to show all Closed, or inactive, clients in the organization’s program. To show both active and closed clients, select All (Figure VC-2.1). To view a specific provider or care coordinator’s list of clients (clients whose Care Team they are part of), expand the View Clients For drop-down selection and choose the desired provider or care coordinator (Figure 2.2). The logged in provider or care coordinator can pick their name from this drop-down selection to view all clients that they are caring for.

To view the search criteria from the Search Clients page, click on the Advanced Search button (Figure VC-2.3). Read more about the search criteria that can be filled in Search Clients.

To further filter down the client list, each column can be filtered with specific text, number, or date. Each column has a text box underneath where text or numbers can be entered to further filter the list. Once the desired text or number has been entered, click on the funnel icon button (Figure VC-2.4) to select how you want to filter with the entered text or number; for example, filter all clients that contains the entered text or number. Date columns can also be filtered in a similar way. Enter the desired date in the text-box, or pick the date by clicking on the calendar icon button (Figure VC-2.5), then clicking on the funnel icon button to choose how to filter with the entered or selected date (Figure VC-2.4).

To open a client’s profile or record, click on Open Record under the Actions column (Figure 2.6). Read more about the client’s profile or record in Client Record.
