Pre-Enrollment Reports

The Pre-Enrollment Portal offers reports based on data available for pre-enrollment clients. To choose a report, expand the Reports menu on the navigation bar, and click on the desired report (PR-1.1).

 

PR-1: Pre-Enrollment Reports Menu

Below are the list of available reports:

Depending on the set up of the current logged-in user’s UCCP, there may be more reports available for them in the Pre-Enrollment Portal.


Client Status

The Client Status Report allows the user to pull up a report of all clients in pre-enrollment based on their status. This report is divided into the following sections:


Client Status Report

This section will allow the current logged-in user to choose the criteria for the report.

  • From Date/To Date (PR-2.1) – Select the date range for the report. Enter the date in the text-box in m/d/yyyy format, or pick the date by clicking on the calendar icon button.

  • Pre-Enrollment From Organization(s) (PR-2.2) – Expand the drop-down selection to mark which organization or organizations in the current logged-in user’s instance of UCCP the pre-enrollment record was created from.

  • Pre-Enrollment To Organization(s) (PR-2.3) – Expand the drop-down selection to mark which organization in the current logged-in user’s instance of UCCP the pre-enrollment record was recommended to.

  • Pre-Enrollment From Organization(s) (PR-2.4) – Expand the drop-down selection and mark each status that will be shown in the report. Mark Check All to view all statuses in the report.

Once all desired criteria has been selected, click on Generate Report (PR-2.5).

Status - Overview

This section gives a brief overview of all selected Client Status(es), the Reason the client is in that status (if available), and the Count of clients in that status.

Clicking on the arrow icon (PR-3.1) will display the Reason that the client is in that status (if available).

Status - In Detail

This section gives more details:

  • Actions – Clicking on the View link in this column will open the selected client’s pre-enrollment record.

  • Client Name – The client’s full name.

  • MRN – The client’s MRN, if available, will be shown here.

  • Pre-Enrollment Date – The date that the client was entered in the Pre-Enrollment Portal.

  • Current Status Date – The date that the client was updated to their current status.

  • Status – The current status of the client’s record.

  • Reason – The reason that the client was updated to that status, if available.

  • From Organization – The organization that created the pre-enrollment record.

  • To Organization – The organization that the client record was sent, or recommended, to.
