Access Center Representatives will be notified via email once a Provider has completed a case and filled out all necessary case details. Clicking on Complete in the Action column from the Access Center Representative Dashboard will pop up a window to change the status to Complete, as shown in CT-37 and CT-38.

Access Center Representatives and Administrators can perform this functionality. However, while these two user roles are able to change the status of a request to Complete, this functionality is normally done by Providers.
