Clicking on Notify in the session window or the dashboard will pop up a window (CT-36) that will show the Requester Phone Number and the Provider Phone Number. Clicking on Call will place the Provider and the Requester (or Partner) in a call, using the two numbers shown in the window. This will also successfully change the status to Notified. After the request has been changed to Notified, the SLA countdown will be stopped and the system will record if the request was responded to in a timely manner, or if it was out of compliance.
