Resource Management

After successful login, the Resource Manager will be taken to the Resources home page, which is split into three sections:

• Resources queued for verification (RM-1.1)

• Agencies that are currently in the verification process (RM-1.2)

• Resources that have been verified but are pending review (RM-1.3)

Each section provides a grid with an overview of each resource: the status of the verification (Status column); the agency’s name (Agency column); who added the resource to the queue and when(Queued On, Queued By columns); and who the verification is assigned to, and when it was assigned (Assigned To, Assigned On columns). The last section (Verified resources - Pending review) also has information on the verified date and time, and who verified the resource (Verified On, Verified By columns).

Assigning a resource for verification

The Resource Manager can assign a Resource Verifier to a resource for verification from the Resource Verification Management page. A resource can be assigned either one at a time, or in a group. To assign a single resource that needs to be verified, the resource manager can click on the area under the Assigned To column (RM-2.1) and choose an assignee from the dropdown(RM-2.2). Once selected, the Resource Manager can click on Save changes (RM-2.3) to complete the assignment, or they can click on Cancel changes (RM-2.4) to cancel the assignment.

To assign a group of resources to an assignee, check all the resources you’d like for the assignee to verify by holding the CTRL button and checking the box next to each resource (RM-3.2), or checking the blue box to select all . (RM-3.1). Click on the Group assign: dropdown (RM-3.3), and select the assignee (RM-3.4). Then, click on the Assign button (RM-3.5). A window will pop-up to confirm that the user wants to assign all these resources to be verified by the selected verifier (RM-3).
