Administration Dashboard
After clicking on the Administration tab, the landing page is the Administration Dashboard. Within the dashboard are quick links that lead to the main function of the Administration tab (ADD-1).
Quick Links:
User Setup & Authorization- Click here to add a new user to your program’s portal
User Session Logs- Log of your program’s users on the platform
Error Logs- Log of program errors. In the event of a program error, this is what system administrators look at to perform diagnostic checks and troubleshooting procedures
Notification Settings- Use this tab to configure the notification settings for your organization’s portal. Configurable parameters include:
setting reminders about shared clients for other providers (time and messaging)
setting reminders about incoming notifications, including changes to client records
general notification settings, including type of notification (email, voice call, SMS, etc.)
