View completed visits or events
The View Completed Visits or Events page displays a grid of all previously completed visits or events for the client. Navigate to this page by hovering over the Visits and Tracking drop-down menu on the navigation bar, and selecting View completed visits or events (VC-1.1).
VC-1: View Completed Visits or Events Menu
The View Completed Visits or Events page lists the following information about each completed visit or event (VC-2):
Event Date – The date that the visit or event took place in m/d/yyyy format.
Event Topic – The topic of the visit or event.
Event Location – The location that the visit or event took place.
Purpose of Event – The purpose of the visit or event.
Method/Media – How the visit or event took place; for example, it was Face to Face, or it was through the Phone.
Goals Worked On – The goals that were worked on at this visit or event.
Duration (Mins) – The duration of the visit or event in minutes.
Client Present? – This box will be checked if the client was present in the visit or event.
Team Members – The team members present at the visit or event.
The grid or table on this page can be ordered by a column by clicking on the desired column header (for example, Event Date). This will order the list in descending order, denoted by the ▲ (up) arrow. To order the list in ascending order, click on the column header again; this will be denoted by the ▼ (down) arrow. Click on the column header a third time to undo the ordering.

Viewing Notes
Click Notes next to the desired visit or event to view the additional notes made for that visit or event (VC-2.1). A pop-up window will appear containing the content of the notes (VC-3).
Notes cannot be edited in this pop-up window. Notes can be edited in the View Details screen.
VC-3: Viewing Notes
Viewing Details
Click View Details under the Actions column next to the desired visit or event to view or edit the details for that particular visit or event (VC-2.2). This will load a page similar to the Create a Visit or Event page, but will contain information on when this visit or event was last edited on, and who edited it (VC-4.1). VC-4: View Details
Capturing a Picture and Viewing a Picture
The current logged-in user can take a picture on their device to add to any visit or event on the grid by clicking the yellow camera icon button under the Actions column next to the desired event (VC-2.3). The Capture Photo window will pop-up. Click on Snap Photo to take a picture (VC-5.2). A preview of the newly captured photo can be seen on the right, as highlighted in (VC-5.1). This can be repeated as many times as necessary until the desired photo is taken. Once satisfied with the photo, click on Save Photo to add it to the visit/event (VC-5.3).
Users will be prompted to permit access to the device’s camera. Click Allow to use the device’s camera.
VC-5: Capture Photo
To view a photo that has been added to the visit/event, click on the picture icon button under the Actions column of the desired visit/event (VC-2.4). A window will pop-up where the picture can be viewed.
